Asam pedas

1st resepi:

Mula-mula tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah yang telah diblender. Tumis sekali bersama serai. Masukkan satu sudu halba. Tumis sampai garing. Masukkan lada kisar. Kemudian masukkan air. Masukkan asam. Masukkan asam/lemon. Bila ikan dah masak masukkan daun kesum.


Misi: 1 minggu satu resepi.
